Would you like to be part of a newly established, fast growing and very ambitious team Do you thrive by working on different projects with many stakeholders and assisting the project management team from start to end? And driven by creating structure? Then, this may be just the right job for you. The position As a Project Coordinator, you will become part of a great department with many interfaces across the Novo Nordisk organisation. Your primary role will be to support the Senior Project Managers by e.g: Preparing presentation material Establishing and maintaining project status reports and metrics Handling correspondence and request for information Managing on-/off-site project-related meetings and events incl. agendas, logistics, presentations and coordinate output incl. actions. Collaborating closely with internal and external key stakeholders. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have An academic background within business administration, communication or equivalent or an administrative background with years of experience in Novo Nordisk with above responsibilities strong organisational skills with a pro-active and “can-do-attitude” reliable, loyal and service-minded, able to manage several tasks simultaneously and to perform under pressure natural ability to establish relations across the organisation and reach agreements through flexibility and compromise proficient in English, both written and spoken
About the department Mergers & Acquisitions has become a strong strategic focus area for Novo Nordisk. The newly established Quality Due Diligence & Integration unit is responsible an efficient quality due diligence process of potential acquisitions within manufacturing capacities and asset and for integrating acquisitions into Quality. As Mergers & Acquisitions activities are rapidly growing in size and complexity, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Senior Project Managers in the integration activities. In the Integration team, you will have the exciting opportunity to take part in building the organisation and structure, as well as shaping the role we take within M&A in Novo Nordisk Working at Novo Nordisk
