The position
As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving transformation of our business by executing strategic projects across the Novo Nordisk value chain. You will work closely with members of the Novo Nordisk Quality (NNQ) Management team and other stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, and manage project risks and mitigations.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
• Define, lead, execute and implement transformational projects
• Develop strategic recommendations based on deep analytics and a clear thought process
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including executive and functional leaders
• Work with management of NNQ in delivering the required transformation of the organization and ways of working
• Take part in shaping and defining best in class project management principles across our quality organization
For example, you will support our cross-functional ‘Quality Mindset’ project – aiming to drive a cultural transformation within our Product Supply organization with more than 30.000 colleagues.
In your daily work, you'll build significant industry knowledge within the pharma sector and be exposed to senior management and a broad range of stakeholders.
Qualifications
To succeed in the role, you:
• Have an academic degree within a relevant field like Business Administration, Economics or similar
• Have significant experience from a management consultancy firm or a similar recognized in-house strategy or PM office
• Have a proven track record of managing vastly complex projects spanning across different organizational functions
• Have excellent stakeholder management skills with an open and curious attitude
• Are fluent in English
On a personal level, you are comfortable managing complex challenges and taking ownership of deliverables, other than being motivated and result-oriented, with a high level of drive, initiative, and tenacity. You communicate complex topics in a clear and concise manner to top management, both orally and in writing.

You will become part of the newly established NNQ Business Partnering team that will consist of 8-10 highly skilled professionals within finance, executive business support, strategy execution and project management delivering support across NNQ. The team is anchored within the VP area of NNQ Business Support dedicated to providing exceptional support to management and across NNQ.
