The position This is your opportunity to join ambitious team and make an impact for the people on the shopfloor. In this position, you will be part of IT organisation and the newly established team implementing IT/OT solutions across the Biotech & Rare Disease area (BRD). You will be located mostly in our production facility in Kalundborg, supporting local IT & Automation team. As a project manager, you will responsibility is to support our digital data and IT strategy. You will drive and execute various of IT & OT projects and tasks, introduce and lead planning concept/tools to impact the transparency and healthy project pipeline, addressing operational and project initiatives since aligned priorities are essential to enabling resources for the projects.
Your responsibilities summed up: Take ownership of the project management disciplines – risk, scope, cost, time management etc. Define scope, create plans and execute projects accordingly. Ensuring strategic alignment with site stakeholders. Establish and maintain project portfolio for the facility. Act as a ScrumMaster with an eye for detail and high quality and facilitate professional work processes. Optimise an internal framework to ensure oversight for project monitoring. You will oversee the project team's leadership, direction, guidance, and coaching. Your role will include navigating between traditional waterfall project methods and the Scaled Agile Framework. Qualifications We are looking for a new colleague that will contribute to the team as a servant leader who promote learning culture and mindsets, who manage team progress and help solve impediments to maintain a constant flow of deliveries. Furthermore, we imagine candidate to: Hold MSC in relevant field: Engineering, IT, Automation, Business Administration Min. 3 years of experience from project manager role or similar. Experience with IT and automation implementation (within GxP area will be an advantage). Extensive stakeholder management experience at different organizational levels Facilitate communication and collaboration to build strong personal relations to internal and external stakeholders. Fluent English in writing and speaking is a must. On a personal level, you have strong people skills and a natural ability to engage your stakeholders. You keep the focus on learning and delivering strong results. You are structured and ambitious about your projects and are interested in growing your skills as well as expertise to lead the way. About the department You will join the IT & OT Project Team with 12 skilled and very committed colleagues: project managers, validation responsible product architects and data engineer. We are placed in Digital, data & IT (DDIT) department operating in Gentofte, Hillerød and Kalundborg to support BRD where we partner with production. Both BRD & DDIT are part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, which is a global production network at the forefront of technology and in quality production of pharmaceutical products. We are producing at full speed in existing facilities, while building and ramping up new state of the art additions to keep up with demand and new Novo Nordisk products.
