Then you might be the Project Manager we are looking for to drive projects within our device and packaging portfolio. Apply today and join our New Product Introduction (NPI) team in Device Manufacturing Development (DMD)! The position As Project Manager, you lead projects taking product from development into first production site. Our projects are based on cross-organizational cooperation, and you will oversee the device and packaging production part ensuring that key stakeholders (development, production, commercial, quality, and regulatory) are aligned and work towards the common goal. Your main tasks include: Overseeing manufacturing development project activities with project manager peers in key stakeholder organisations Building an engaging high performing project team by providing clear goals and purpose Identifying and planning project activities related to bringing a new product into finished production Creating plans and driving performance by monitoring progress, aligning priorities, removing roadblocks, and escalating Acting as the voice of production in development projects to optimise scalability and high operating efficiency You can look forward to an exciting job leading projects while engaging with and creating consensus among multiple stakeholders at global and local level. You will be located in Hillerød, Denmark, but will have interactions with several ’s sites. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we imagine you: Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, management, or another relevant field Possess at least 2 years of project or stakeholder management experience from a product or production centric organization, in a highly regulated environment Demonstrate effective communication skills at all organisational levels, and the ability of managing Steering Committees and interacting with governance bodies Showcase confidence and adaptability in navigating a changing project and stakeholder environment Display fluency in both written and spoken English It would be considered as an advantage if you have previous experience managing larger projects or possess expertise within device development or medical devices. On a personal level, you have a “can do” attitude, a healthy common sense, and bring a good touch of humour to your work, even when the pressure is on. You excel at analysing and understanding complex structures and systems, communicating in a comprehensible and clear way. You are result-oriented, a dedicated team player, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. About the department You will join the Device Development department within DMD and be working alongside +75 dedicated colleagues, each with distinct responsibilities related to the development and deployment of our expanding portfolio of new devices & delivery systems into production and new markets. DMD is the bridge between Device Development and production, ensuring development of manufacturing capabilities and capacity as well as life cycle development of production lines, release methods, and device products. You will be anchored in the NPI team working alongside +19 other dedicated Project Managers, with the responsibility of bringing the expanding portfolio of new devices and packaging systems into production.
