The position As project coordinator you will be responsible for keeping track of projects across IM2 with a need for QA resources. You will take the lead on QA oversight on projects and ensuring sufficient QA resources are allocated in time to support progress in the projects. As Project Coordinator in API QA IM2 you will be expected to: Be in close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure overview of current and future needs of QA resources. Coordinate QA resources and competences needed to ensure right level of QA support to ongoing and upcoming projects. Responsible for project board, timely follow up and execution. Take ownership of your own time and deliverables. As a person, you are: Comfortable with taking initiative proactively and have a strong personal drive and dedication with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Curious about the processes and people you work with and have a burning desire to learn new things. Able to demonstrate attention to detail and structured in your problem-solving approach. A team player within a diverse group of colleagues Great interpersonal skills are a must since the job will include considerable interaction with stakeholders and colleagues across the organization. The majority of the projects are executed according to the Novo Nordisk Project Execution Model (traditional waterfall), from where you have to collect relevant information to ensure needs from the QA organization is fulfilled, which is expected to be done in a standardized way. It should be natural for you to drive working groups around the portfolio to identify needs and thereby ensure that the department is at the forefront to ensure that QA can succeed with the deliverables. Qualifications Preferable you hold a master’s degree within pharmacy, engineering, or equivalent. You have strong communication skills. You have a flair for stakeholder management and networking at various organizational levels. We expect you to have experience in driving simplicity by use of LEAN tools. The position requires proficiency in English, and understanding Danish is an advantage. You are ambitious and ready to be part of our on-going effort to re-think processes to be simple, robust, and digitalized. About the Department PS API QA is responsible for assuring safe and innovative active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) for our patients. Our department API QA IM2 are located in Kalundborg and consists of 50 highly dedicated and qualified employees led by an engaged and experienced leadership team. We perform a wide range of quality assurance activities, ranging from handling daily operation together with our colleagues in production as well as handling deviations, change requests and validation to support the optimization projects.
