The position As a Project Manager you will be responsible for cross-functional projects that have a strategic impact to our aseptic production manufacturing site in Kalundborg. You will drive and facilitate your own projects and engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will set the direction for your project team and be responsible for all project metrics. You will report to PMO Senior Manager and be a part of a very diverse team that consist of 14 team members. Your main responsibilities will include: Direct project execution following PEM and SRV model. Coordinate project execution and optimizing project performance. Negotiate project resources with line of business management and manage these resources during project execution. Communicate project progress and performance to relevant stakeholders. Ensure compliance with NN quality management system and PS environmental, health and safety Management system. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: An academic degree within engineering, life sciences or similar. Experience as a Project Manager, leading projects in a GMP regulated industry or experience with process support with a great interest in project management. Strong knowledge of project management tools and working methods. Excellent stakeholder management skills and proven experience in working with stakeholders at all levels. Full proficiency in written and spoken English. On a personal level, you have excellent communication skills. You are culturally savvy and able to build relations with stakeholders at all levels. You are a self-starter, that is capable to set direction and drive results independently. You possess leadership and interpersonal skills, and can engage people, build trust, and get commitment from stakeholders to support your projects and drive change. You are comfortable in a rapid changing and dynamic work environment and can prioritize and not lose sight of the bigger picture. About the department Aseptic Production site Kalundborg is part of Biotech & Rare Disease. At our site in Kalundborg, we are more than 600 colleagues responsible for transforming the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) into the finished medicine for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced processes such as formulation, filling, freeze-drying in a sterile environment. We bring value to our patients by delivering high-quality products in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in a timely and cost-effective manner as we constantly optimise our processes and invest in the latest technology. Working at Biotech and Rare Disease (BRD), Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) is part of Product Supply, which is a global production network at the forefront of technology and quality production of pharmaceutical products. In BRD, we are not only supplying all products to people living with serious chronic diseases, but we also use our competences in biotech to support the growing efforts into completely new production platforms and therapy areas for .
