We are now looking for a Project and Office Assistantto join our team in the Copenhagen office on a permanent contract. We are looking for a fresh graduate who can fluently speak Danish and English. The ideal candidate is openminded, independent, likes working with (young) people and being exposed to a variety of tasks, is not afraid to buckle down with the rest of us, and doesn't mind a bit of grunt work along with good opportunities to grow and advance.

What you will do
As a Project and Office Assistant your main tasks will involve:
- Support the NGO Unit and Visibility team in administrative tasks
- Support establishment and maintenance of contacts with key universities
- Coordination of internships & other student opportunities within the organisation
- Updating and completing project-related information in Salesforce and on the website
- Assist preparation of project proposals and reporting
- Support office admin tasks in Copenhagen (office supply, mail, meeting support, visa applications etc).
Who you are
- You have BSc or MSc related to Preferred by Nature's technical fields of work and/or Communication, Project related fields
- You are interested in NGO work and working on various projects
- Proficient in Danish and English (Spanish or French would be considered an asset)
- A good communicator, who enjoys speaking in public, both virtually and face-to-face
- Comfortable helping your colleagues with different kinds of administration work
- Sympathise with Preferred by Nature's mission and want to contribute to it
