Experienced Customer Project Manager to help accelerate a sustainable energy transition

Then you might be our new Customer Project Manager at Green Hydrogen Systems.
Green Hydrogen Systems is ready to take on a position as one of the world’s leaders in developing and producing electrolysis plants that use electricity from renewable energy and water to produce green hydrogen.
We are looking for a Customer Project Manager, who is excited and simply cannot wait to contribute to the future global energy transition with project deliveries.
You will be responsible for managing our customer projects. You are therefore responsible for delivering on time, keeping focus on project costs and reporting before, during and after completion to maintain high customer satisfaction.
We are on an exciting journey and your project portfolio and complexity will increase over time.
A commercial role in a green tech company
You are responsible for management of customer projects (A- and X-series electrolysers). From project takeover to commercial sales support, optimizing delivery, ensuring customer acceptance of projects and handover to our service department. Further, there will be ad-hoc project delivery tasks.
Main deliveries and tasks will be:
- Building customer relations
- Contract and risk management
- Motivating and driving a project team
- Ensure that our A- and X- series electrolysers projects are delivered in a timely manner, at the planned costs and within quality targets
- Ensure compliance with safety targets
- Report project status and risks
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners
- Post calculations of delivered projects (evaluation, best practice and process improvement)
Who are you?
Preferably, you have a commercial education at bachelor or master level, supplemented with project management training. Another educational background could also be relevant if combined with extensive experience within commercial project management. Most importantly you have 5+years of experience working in a similar position.
You are a senior commercial project manager with extensive experience within commercial projects in an international context. Further, you have experience from technology-based companies. You are an experienced user of ERP systems and have a flair for IT. You must master Danish and English at a professional level.
As for your personal traits, you can manoeuvre in a very dynamic and changeable environment. You are structured, responsible, a devoted team player, effective communicator and have a cultural understanding and perhaps also a humoristic personality.
Our headquarter lies in Kolding, but you need to plan for approx. 50 travel days a year around Europe.
You are offered a salary according to the nature of the position. Pension scheme and health insurance is also part of the salary package.
