Bear in mind that candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have stayed within NATO/EU for the last 7 years only interrupted by short stays abroad.

As our Project Assistant, you will join a project team and support your colleagues with a wide range of project-related tasks which includes:
- Supporting our project managers towards agreed goals
- Working in different IT systems e.g. IFS (Terma's ERP system) and Microsoft Office
- Data management in accordance with relevant processes and or project requirements
- Planning and follow-up on actions
- Plan meetings and events
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks which might include supporting other business functions
