The position As the Drug Product Project Manager, you will have the exciting responsibility of: Leading the development activities and strategies for drug product formulation and manufacturing through effective project management. Driving projects through the different stages of clinical development, collaborating with CMC Development, Product Supply, and other areas of the R&D organization or contract manufacturers. Leading a sub-project team in an engaging and motivating manner, while also participating in writing and compiling regulatory applications and various internal and external documentation. Coordinating the transfer of project activities from our research unit to CMC Development and further on to our manufacturing unit Product Supply or to a contract manufacturer. Communicating and coordinating with stakeholders within and outside CMC Development. You will become a member of the CMC Project Core Team, where you will plan and coordinate development activities within your expertise area and ensure deliveries according to the project plan . Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess: A MSc in Pharmacy, Engineering, or another relevant field within natural sciences. A minimum of 4-6 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of working within R&D, drug product development, or QA. A high level of energy to drive activities and engage your colleagues forward. Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English. In addition to these qualifications, you should be result-oriented, take pride in delivering on your milestones, and motivate your colleagues with a positive and forthcoming attitude. You should also be comfortable working independently while being motivated to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across functions and departments. About the Department The CMC Drug Product and Analytical Development - Project Office is located in Måløv and consists of 49 talented employees. The department plays a crucial role in early and late-stage drug product development, analytical development, and chemical and biological characterization of new entities moving through the clinical phases of drug product development.
