The position As a Contract Manager - Building Envelope, you will be responsible for leading of the Centre of Excellence for building envelopes within Novo Nordisk, as well as managing contracts for inspections and maintenance of roofs, fall protection equipment, facades, doors, windows, gates, window screens etc. In addition to the above, your main tasks will include to: • Drive contract management on our vendors within building envelopes, as well as facility management excellence, contributing to Site Development plans and CFa Projects • Develop maintenance and replacement processes for Novo Nordisk buildings • Oversee the Corporate Facilities (CFa) project and reestablishment pools, maintaining a transparent project pipeline, as well as explore synergies and optimize business processes, driving standardization and financial transparency • Maintain stakeholder relations and provide insightful business analysis • Advocate for quality and efficiency, applying continuous improvements and ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and ethical standards • Receive building components from new constructions and ensure their future operation. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you have a technical background, with a solid foundation in technical or engineering principles. In addition to that, you have: • Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, at least 5 years in project management and practical work within the building industry • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction architecture or similar, • Knowledge of Novo Nordisk operations • Proven expertise in construction industry best practices; knowledge on Danish building legislation could be an asset. • Fluent in Danish communication skills with proficiency in professional presentations in English On a personal level, you are self-motivated and collaborative, with an analytical and global mind set, and can act as a role model demonstrating high level of integrity, dependability and with a business ethic orientation. You are a team player, who has a strong capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and you have the initiative to work independently and proactively in a dynamic setting. You are known from your strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information effectively. About the department In Corporate Facilities we are 300 employees, and we enable Novo Nordisk to focus on the core business by delivering simple and agile solutions for infrastructure, workplaces, utilities, and facility services as well as a major building portfolio. You will work closely with both technicians, specialists, managers etc. and draw on resources from all over our organisation and will therefore get familiar with different teams and departments.
