If so, we want to hear from you! The Position As a Project Manager in the Oral Pilot Plant, you will be the driving force behind some of the strategically important project in the Department. As our business area is growing rapidly, we are embracing the unknown, which mean you most likely will have the opportunity to drive projects which we do not know of today, bringing your skills as a project manager into play and maybe to a whole new level. The main tasks will be to: Work across the department securing a clear training and documentation structure, both on the department owned documentation and training setup.

Your ability to organize and prioritize tasks ensures that you can achieve your goals efficiently and effectively. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: A relevant master’s degree Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of stakeholders both in Danish and English Proven ability to work systematically and manage competing priorities. Preferably you also have: Experience in a similar role of project management Experience with agile and sprint development methodologies and project management Experience within pharma industry, compliance and GMP As a person you are team-oriented and passionate about project management. You are self-driven, proactive, and responsible, always able to operate with frequent changes. You are willing to bring your thoughts out in the open, creating a healthy discussion, and at the same time, setting a direction. About the Department The Oral Pilot Plant is a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) production, which covers production of oral formulations for phase 1 & 2 clinical trials. The department is on a journey towards increased production capacity driven by an increasing demand from the market. We are also looking into establishing several new technologies within the near future. Our aim is to achieve increased capacity by establishing robust processes through use of innovative solutions, optimizations, and new production technologies, while maintaining a healthy and committed work environment with psychological safety for all employees.
