Then you might be our new administrative assistant to support Global Pricing and other teams in the Portfolio Strategy, Access & Pricing unit. The position
You will be a part of one of the seven teams in this unit, and report to the VP of Global Pricing, while also supporting two other teams in the Portfolio Strategy, Access & Pricing Unit. As our Personal Assistant and Team Coordinator, you will support the management team with a wide variety of daily tasks as well as provide administrative support. More specifically the role includes, among others, the following responsibilities:
  • Ownership of the budgeting process for the three teams, incl. ensuring monthly budget follow-ups.
  • Management of contracts, incl. archiving in contract system, as well as system accesses.
  • Coordination and planning of meetings and off-sites.
  • Draft and distribute project-related communication.
  • Coordination of recruitment processes and management of HR systems as well as onboarding of new employees.

  • Qualifications
    The right candidate for this position is excited about the opportunity to interact with three different teams and can juggle a variety of tasks. Furthermore, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
  • Experience from the role as Administrative Assistant/Coordinator, preferably in an international environment.
  • Proficient in MS office and quick to pick up new software and IT skills.
  • Experience with Concur and SAP is an advantage.
  • Experience with managing budgets and contracts is considered an advantage.
  • Communicate effortlessly, both verbally and written, in English at business level.
  • As a person you are flexible, have a can-do attitude and the ability to keep the overview of ongoing tasks in a fast-changing environment. You are service-minded, proactive, and always strive to independently find solutions to challenges at hand. You have a strong personal drive, and you master the art of working independently and taking full ownership of your tasks.

    About the departments
    The seven departments are part of the Portfolio Strategy, Access & Pricing Unit in CSCA and the position is based in Søborg. Global Pricing is responsible for driving both strategic and operational pricing discussions across different products. You will report to the head of the team, which consists of approx. 7 people. Additionally, we have the following six areas: Device Strategy and Marketing, Portfolio Deployment & Optimization, Insights & Forecasting, Global Market Access Policy, Global Payer Evidence, and Global Market Access Excellence.
