Emerging Technologies (ET) QA is an area that is growing and evolving at a fast pace, and we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has the skills and passion to drive large Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) projects where there are many key stakeholders across the organization.
You will initially be setting the direction and contribute building the QA competencies within API across the department and functional area, and main responsibilities and tasks will include:
• Establish and build the necessary QA competencies for API
• Lead and drive projects within API for the quality track
• Build and maintain stakeholder relations across the organization
• Set the right direction and level in cooperation with the specialists in the departments and areas Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you:
• Hold a relevant master’s degree e.g. pharmacy, engineering, or similar
• Have several years of experience with project management for large and complex projects
• Have extensive API experience
• Focus on high quality and you use LEAN as a natural part of your work
• Are fluent in English On a personal level, you find it easy to take responsibility, work independently, and make decisions that balance quality demands, authority expectations, and business needs. You are flexible, innovative and have an open mindset.
As you will work closely together with many different layers in the organization, it is key that you have well developed interpersonal skills and strong competences in communication, as well as good coordinating skills when collaborating with both colleagues and stakeholders. About the Department
ET QA is a new area within where the oral portfolio plays a significant role. Emerging Technologies QA has approximately 100 employees and we are growing. We work with assuring quality and compliance of the facilities, the equipment, QC lab, manufacturing development as well the release of tablets and future emerging technologies products for the market. We are proud to work in a fast-growing part of . As part of we aim to make a real difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. We develop and manufacture all oral drug products late phase as well as for launch ensuring that we bring best-in-class treatments to the market. Our ambition is to develop break-through products based on orally available versions of GLP-1 and other molecules.
