The position
As a Strategy and Communications Partner, you will support implementation of strategy and tactical plans for Injectable Finished Products Aseptic Production in Hillerød (IFP HI AP). Moreover, you will be tasked with internal communication within AP, across IFP Hillerød and will act as advisor for the AP management regarding communication tasks.
Your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing effective internal communication activities
Creating business cases and presentations to enable decision-making
Collaborating with key stakeholders to align the AP strategy and objectives with the company strategy
Monitoring and evaluating the progress of strategic initiatives and reporting to AP management
Creating and distributing internal communications materials to keep employees informed and engaged

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: BSc or MSc Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Communications or other related field
At least 3 years of working experience within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry or other highly regulated industries
Proven experience in developing and implementing internal communication strategies combined with knowledge of business development from supply chain, finance, business support, project management, or other relevant areas
Strong analytical skills combined with a proactive mindset and excellent stakeholder and change management skills
Exceptional writing and editing skills as well as proficiency in creating presentations for meetings and townhalls
Full professional proficiency in Danish and English
On a personal level, you possess communication skills that allow you to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders and you can build and maintain positive relationships across the organization. Moreover, you can easily identify opportunities and anticipate potential challenges while managing multiple projects simultaneously. You enjoy collaboration and can navigate through a complex, global environment.

The AP function in IFP Hillerød is a crucial part of Novo Nordisk’s ambition to reach more patients across the world. We are responsible for running production and launching new products that are strategically important for the organization. AP is currently ramping up both production and organization to be able to accelerate the delivery of products. As a Strategy and Communications Partner, you will be part of the management team, reporting to the Vice President of AP.
