The Position As a Senior Project Manager - Innovation in Fill & Finish Expansions, you will be anchored in the Fill & Finish future Standards. You will play a key role in identifying, shaping, and leading the projects needed to bridge the gap between our current state of aseptic production and our future ambitions. The scope of work ranges from the development of detailed technical technology project to full equipment concepts. Your primary areas of responsibility will include: Define project scope based on both current state and our ambitions for the future. Manage cross-functional process equipment and technology projects together with partners and suppliers. Involvement of both internal and external stakeholders to ensure existing needs and challenges are being addressed. Challenge technology and ambitions level to ensure we meets our high aspirations for the future. Qualifications To be successful in this position, you need to have: A Degree within engineering or similar. At least 3 years of project management experience. Experience with leading innovation, development and/or technology projects. Ability to communicate complex content in a simple way. Fluency in written and spoken English. As a person you are comfortable with taking initiative and have a strong personal drive and dedication. You bring a good sense of humour to work even when pressure is on, and you thrive in a changing and dynamic environment. You have an interest in technology and a structured problem-solving approach. About the Department Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and built all new aseptic filling capacity across Novo Nordisk to serve needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our aseptic production facilities with the use of modern technology, as we are setting the standards for the aseptic production of the future. Facilities designed today which we will still be proud of 20 years from now.
