Apply now! The role and its responsibilities As a Scrum Master in Development IT, you will become a key member of one of our agile teams in an Agile Release Train. You will coach and educate your team in Agile and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) ways of working and help the self-organising team to achieve their goals. Your key responsibilities will include: Be responsible for team delivery, including preparing and facilitating team events (e.g. daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.), removing impediments, managing risks, and ensuring a focus on predictability Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is clearly prioritised and refined Drive relentless improvement in the team, create a learning environment, and ensure learnings are shared with other agile teams Share knowledge across teams to promote growth. What we scout for We are looking for a proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. As an ideal candidate you have: Bachelor`s or Master`s degree At least 5 years of experience with IT projects including project management or Scrum Master experience On a personal level you are passionate about IT and energised by working with people in a fast-moving and fun environment. You like to learn, adapt to changes, and share your experiences. In addition, you like to challenge the status quo and inspire people around you. You are a team player who nurtures and challenges the team to become high-performing, and who ensures an excellent collaboration with the other agile teams and our business stakeholders. Play your part in Digital, Data & IT - Development IT You will be part of Development IT and will be located in Søborg, Denmark. We are a dedicated team of around 150 people in Denmark and 75 in India, who are part of Novo Nordisk’s Digital, Data & IT business area. We are responsible for the full IT lifecycle of systems and applications that support the development of innovative medicines and products. This includes IT innovation and development, implementation, operation, maintenance and support.
