Our ambition is to utilize new technologies by designing and implementing scalable enterprise solutions that simplify processes and enhance our data transparency. The position We are seeking a Regional Project Lead in the Region NWE to support us in shaping and driving the regional project of our next-generation ERP platform with SAP S/4HANA, as well as safeguarding local processes and systems connected to SAP. The role will work closely in collaboration across regional functions such as supply chain, finance, accounting etc., and with S4Hana Project team in HQ. This role encompasses a broad range of project management, change management, and operational tasks. You will be the extension of the global project into Region NWE, ensuring local systems and key stakeholders (Key users, SMEs, Local System owners, and their leaders) are identified and involved in communication, testing, training, and other relevant activities to ensure a smooth transition to SAP S/4 HANA. The Regional Lead plays a key role in 3 key areas: Project management and Change management, Testing and Hypercare. You will be: planning and managing the deployment of SAP-related initiatives across region, maintaining project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. working closely with HQ SAP project team and Local regional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of S/4Hana. monitoring and reporting on project progress, risks, and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution. executing change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of S/4Hana including communication plans, training plans, and senior stakeholder engagement. Manage hyper care activities, including overseeing the resolution of issues and ensuring that all necessary support is provided to end-users. Furthermore, you will identify resources in the region to support testing and ensuring that testing is completed successfully. You will lead and oversee testing activities to ensure that testing is completed on-time and to a high-quality standard, providing guidance and support to regional teams on SAP-related topics This role is in Copenhagen, Ørestad office and will be relevant from 2024 until end of Q4 2025 with possibility to extend for the execution of the benefit roadmap. About the Department As a Regional Lead, you will be anchored in Finance and Operations in Region NWE. You will work closely with the Finance Transformation Lead of the SAP S/4HANA Programme and the core team based in HQ. Over the coming years, we will upgrade our current Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP) called SAP ECC to the most modern SAP ERP solution: SAP S/4HANA.

NextGenSAP programme is anchored in Finance, Product Supply and DD&IT with more than 100 colleagues allocated around the world, primarily based in Denmark and India. Qualifications On top of what we would expect: Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects preferably within Finance and Supply Chain. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels. Structured approach to tasks, with a passion for planning and problem-solving. Ability to work in a complex, high-paced, and changing environment. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. SAP knowledge and experience is an advantage. You are a charismatic communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels. You are an independent contributor with a high-quality mindset, able to maintain an overview under time pressure. To succeed in this role, you should have the ability to plan, prioritise, execute, and follow up proactively and in a timely manner, acting with strong strategic and analytical skills.
