We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting proejct with our client in the wind industry.

As Project Manager you will get the end-to-end responsibility for your own Technology Development Projects related to Tower and Foundation activities in the turbine package. You will be leading and finding solutions together with the technical experts in the other departments and be involved in back office as well as front line activities utilizing your own engineering skills.
Tasks:
Delivering high quality Technology Development engineering projects on agreed time and budget in accordance with their stage gate models
Coordinating and managing deliverables from Solution Owners and Technical Specialists involved in the various development projects
Conducting time, resource and budget planning, tracking and realization, reporting
Managing technical interfaces, a network of technical specialist and communicate and establish level of trust and confidence with multiple stakeholders
Third party certification of relevant deliverables
Working with our verification and validation teams during test phases or with external institutes
Generation of Intellectual Property (IP) resulting from your projects i.e., managing the patent application process when relevant
Actively propose and take ownership of improvement initiatives, execution and implementation of those
Proactively share knowledge and lessons learned
Qualifications:
Preferably you have experience from the Wind industry running large and complex projects, preferably in the execution phase and offshore related
You have experience in Project Management and execution of Technology Development (TD) Project with multiple stakeholders and suppliers
You have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. preferable in mechanical, offshore or civil engineering
You have a strong interest in new product and technology development and preferably experience with running Technology Readiness Level (TRL) stage gate processes for maturing new technologies
You have a proven record of accomplishments, preferably related to tower and foundation scope of offshore wind turbines
You are experienced in managing suppliers with the help from Procurement i.e., writing Requests for Quotations (RFQ), managing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) etc.
You have a commercial understanding, solid technical competencies and leadership skills
Strong conceptual design thinking and an affinity for innovation
You are willing to travel, depending on project needs
You have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
You have a valid EU work permit
You are able to start right away
