SENIOR SCRUM MASTER
We are looking for a new Scrum Master to join our clients Product Team “Team Configure”.
You will help improve the teams’ ways of working. The team includes skilled developers, IT business consultants and a business-oriented Product Owner from offices in both Denmark and the Philippines. Thus, this is a diverse team in many ways, geography is only one. They therefore need someone with a lot of empathy, who can facilitate and create relationships online as well as face to face. Our clients way of working relies upon a hybrid setup.
You will be stepping into a true Scrum setup, where the organization understands and values the Scrum Master position, and the collaboration with the management is a real partnership. The clients agile journey began almost three years ago and has been a great success. They continuously invests more in agile development of both software and products, and you will be stepping into an area that is fully committed to supporting the agile transformation. Currently, there are nine teams with around 60 team members and still growing.
Location: Middle Jutland, onsite 2-3 days a week.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong experience with Scrum – or an understanding of agile methods and practices and how to apply them in a team context
- Strong experience working as a Scrum Master
- Great communication skills – ability to write and speak English effortlessly
- Possess a lot of empathy and thrive in a team that works closely together
- Valid EU work permit
- Able to start right away
- A team player at heart
- You like networking and are good at “connecting people”
- You easily build trust with people
- You are proactive and find it easy to inspire action
- You enjoy working with different cultures
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Contribute to create a safe and productive space for team members both through working within the team and through helping our whole organization understand how they can also work productively with the team
- Guide the team through the pitfalls and at the same time have some fun
- Experiment and collaborate across teams and keep finding great ways of improving how we work
