We are looking for a student assistant to support us with our Graduate Programme from preferably mid-August, as our current student assistant finishes her Master shortly. The tasks are mainly related to project and event management and coordinating tasks and people. Also, if you are curious about Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, this could be the right spot for you.

Demant generates an annual revenue of 18,500 MDKK, and covers four business activities: hearing instruments, diagnostic equipment, hearing care, and personal communication.
Our Talent Acquisition Team is part of Human Resources, where we are about 40 employees here at the Danish headquarters. Our team consists of 10 team members working with recruitment and employer branding. We are also running a graduate programme, which will be your focus area. You will also oversee running Demant’s Student Network together with some other student assistants. You will report to our Graduate Programme Manager, who is also part of the team. We are a very open-minded team, that values fun and humor at work and is at the same time super dedicated.

Who are you?
You are enrolled at university on Bachelor or Master level in any relevant subject and are ready to
support us 15-20 hours a week. You truly enjoy working with others and are passionate about what you do. You like planning and coordinating and are ready to use Excel and Powerpoint. You like things to be structured and are good at following up on tasks until you have crossed the finish line.

- Planning and coordinating activities, such as the introduction week for the new graduates including a journey to our production site in Poland
- Initiating and facilitating social events and team building activities for the graduates
- Coordinating and implementing content for our Graduate homepage
- Support in the recruitment process of new graduates including career fairs
- Facilitating Demant’s Student Network including events for students
