Join our System Engineering, Requirement & Verification Group
You will join our ‘System Engineering - Requirements & Verification Group’ within R&D focusing on implementing improvements of tools and processes. These processes and tools cover hardware and software and multiple development methods from Stage Gate Models to SAFe.
We are looking for a Process Specialist with profound knowledge within test & verification and solid experience with rolling out solutions and improvements in a diverse setup. The position
In your new position you will plan, and drive initiatives focused on improving the way we work with test and verification to strengthen the quality of the product. You will influence our test methodology and bridge many perspectives across the organization. You will be the expert in the framework and way of working with verification and you will support your colleagues in this area. Your expertise will cover test management and how to apply it within the development of products in a regulated medical device context.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Improvement initiatives in context of test and verification, both for processes and tools
- Maintaining verification processes, instructions, and best practices
- Supporting users of processes and tools provided by the Requirement & Verification Group
- Participating in relevant audits, reviews, and approvals
- Ensuring that the verification process integrates seamlessly with the other systems engineering disciplines
- Strengthen System Engineering principles in the organization
We are looking for you!
We expect you to hold a degree within Engineering and a specialization in systems engineering will be a plus. You have some years of work experience within product development, and you have solid experience within Test & Verification or driving process improvements. Ideally, you have acquired this experience in a regulated industry, and where mechanics, electronics, software, and user interfaces had to be integrated into one product.
