As our Senior Project Manager, you will ensure the quality and compliance of the products that will be released to the market. You will oversee an engaged project team of technical and regulatory specialists and have daily close collaboration with other project managers from R&D, Operation and Marketing.

Ensure our product quality
As our new Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in introducing state-of-the-art hearing aids products. You will have the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams, solve complex challenges, and ensure the highest standards of product quality. By heading effective projects, you will directly contribute to making a positive impact on the lives of people and their ability to connect with the world around them.

You will be accountable for product quality and regulatory compliance in new release programs of our products. You will be our quality representative in the programs, where you will run product quality issues from A to Z.
As a senior project manager, you will always keep an eye out for continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing process enhancements.

You are part of the Program Management Team that will develop and bring new products to the market.
Product Quality is a part of the Quality function and is placed in the Hearing Instrument Group (HIG). The Quality function consists of 200+ colleagues globally, and we are responsible for Quality and Regulatory for our biggest brands, like Oticon, Bernafon and Philips.
“In Product Quality you have more than 45 dedicated colleagues in an international mix of specialists and project managers. We work together every day to ensure that our products meet and exceed the highest quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.” says Søren and continues “Key words for us is collaboration and knowledge sharing, because we know it’s the best way to achieve our common goal, to enable people with a hearing loss.”
The team activities include product quality verification, risk management, medical classification, local product registration, safety & radio approval, perceived quality & system quality assurance.
We are currently introducing SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) for development activities, and you will be part of ensuring efficient integration of deliveries from your project teams.
Experienced project manager
You have degree in engineering/science and have through the years build up experience with focus on project management within product development, product quality or compliance. You may have knowledge in areas like software, electronics, mechanics or production technology from a company in the medical device industry or another highly regulated industry. You can apply that knowledge across functions and help sub-projects and team members move forward and ensure coordination on timelines and substance.
As a person you have a positive mindset, enjoy driving projects forward, take a systematic approach, handles complex challenges and thrives in a diverse environment.
