Responsibilities
We are continuing to transform our Hearing Care business into a modern globally leading Hearing Aid retailer. The team behind is a truly unique set of people – a team which you now can be part of. They are all experts in a broad variation of domains, and your role will be to orchestrate the deployment of new data platform across all our key markets.
Are you motivated by working as part of a team, where expectations are set high – and do you have significant experience as Project Manager for a team deploying new technology? Then you now could become part of our Global Business Transformation program. You will be joining an international environment in a truly global company - working with the latest technologies together with a team of very dedicated employees.
We have ambitious business goals – and truly believe in digitalization as one of our strategic pillar’s meetings these. This includes focus on getting business value from all the data we gather and have therefore invested in a new modern data platform from Google, which we in the years to come will deploy to every of our 25 markets around the world.
Deploying new technology
In your new job, you will head up an already scoped project where several streams will work simultaneously on getting the new data platform into usage across the globe. The team will range from technical experts who will secure the right data ingestion - to commercial experts, who understand how we transform data into solid business decisions and actions. Your job will be to plan the work, steer the stakeholders to ensure we execute on the plan as well as make sure that stakeholders, the technology and the surroundings are well-functioning.
Over time we foresee the role becoming broader – also anchoring other digital transformational projects. It is therefore less important that you come from other similar data platform projects, but more important that you come with broad experience from managing technology deployment projects of scale.
As the Business Transformation program is global, you should expect to have between 20-30 days of annual travel.
Competencies
Are we looking for you?
As a person, you are easy-going and able to understand and communicate with colleagues at all levels. You are comfortably mastering all basic project management disciplines and are fueled by a hands-on style where collaboration and dedication are important ingredients in a successful deployment.
You are innovative, committed and driven to succeed – and carry solid experience from similar companies that have successfully implemented global IT projects.
You find energy in collaborating with colleagues on solving complex challenges; have a natural sense and interest for IT as well as process and business understanding. You are a positive and open-minded person, eager to learn and develop your skills.
We expect you to hold a relevant master’s degree or similar.
