Project Manage our Hearing Aid ASIC projects
You will be responsible for managing hearing aid ASIC projects in the volume production phase and ramping ASIC project for high volume. This regards wafer test partner management, planning, reporting, dashboards, and relevant KPIs and metrics to manage your project successful.
We are organized around agile (scrum) teams and use agile development principles in our project execution. You will coordinate our experts and suppliers for optimizing Yield of ASICs in volume production. Furthermore, you will be managing the different levels of tests on Wafer, module- and PCB level with the focus on volume production and manage the product engineering activities for our ASICs in volume production.
Define and communicate what is expected towards our suppliers
We need you to define and communicate towards the teams and suppliers what is expected, implement project execution, and continuously improve the test costs for our high-volume ASICs together with our manufacturing and test partners.
Join the Chipset team in our R&D Device Hardware Organization
In the Chipset team, we develop ASICs used in our hearing instruments and accessories. We aim to deliver technological leadership through quality innovative silicon solutions, featuring high quality in DSP processing, audio quality, connectivity, AI, and re-chargeability in smallest size and lowest power consumption.
We are 60+ engineers in the department, and we use tools, methodologies, and technologies, and have end-to-end chipset development capabilities.
You will be part of the Chipset PMAT team containing our most experienced ASIC Project Managers, platform Architects and our chipset and wafer Test specialists. You will be working closely with our manufacturing and wafer test partners as well as different R&D departments and our procurement department.
International travel to visit our partners up to 15 travel days per year is required.
Your background
Maybe your project management toolbox is filled with tools, training, and experience of managing the ASIC in volume production, including the introduction of new ASICS together with our Hardware and Software departments. You could also come from a more technical background having been working with chipsets and electronics for several years, but you have a wish to move to project management.
You have a good technical background as electronics engineer or similar, worked several years with electronics and have some years of experience in managing manufacturing partners for electronic assembly or ASIC high volume projects.
A Project Leader to follow
Having to navigate in a larger organisation, managing projects, we value your good interpersonal skills.
Furthermore, you are being described as honest, transparent, and good at coordinating. Good communication comes natural to you, and you can negotiate with suppliers, and you motivate and inspire others.
