Your New Team
You will be part of the EPC Project Execution department consisting of 17 colleagues located in Denmark, the UK, Lithuania, and Italy. The team handles EPC documentation, EPC quality assurance, EPC Project Management, and EPC construction management and planning. You will collaborate closely with EPC engineering and with project managers abroad. You will be part of a committed and motivated team where flexibility, support, knowledge sharing, and open dialogues describe the very core of our collaboration.
Your New Role
As our new Project Planner, you will work from our HQ in Søborg, Copenhagen. You will create project plans for planning and coordinating construction, procurement, and engineering activities, along with forecasting and evaluating resource requirements and workloads in EPC. You will have numerous opportunities to shape your role, influence over workflows and grow as a professional.

Your New Role
As our new Project Planner, you will work from our HQ in Søborg, Copenhagen. You will create project plans for planning and coordinating construction, procurement, and engineering activities, along with forecasting and evaluating resource requirements and workloads in EPC. Areas of Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining project plans for EPC
- Coordinating activities with Project Managers globally
- Establishment of project planning procedures
- Proposing optimization of project plans for EPC activities
- Delivering resource forecasts
- Engaging with EPC management on resource loads and activity planning
Prerequisites to Succeed in the Job
- You have a diploma or a master´s degree in engineering, business, or similar
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience
- You are experienced in MS Projects, Primavera, or in other project management tools
- You master English at a professional level
