Project Manager, EPC Market Development

Your New Team
You will be part of a newly established EPC Market Development team in our EPC Project Execution Team, which consists of 17 colleagues located in Denmark, the UK, Lithuania, and Italy. You will collaborate closely with other EPC colleagues and local project development offices abroad. You will be part of a committed and motivated team where knowledge sharing and open dialogues describe the very core of our collaboration.
Your New Role
As our new Project Manager, you will work from our HQ in Søborg, Copenhagen. You will handle and coordinate EPC activities focusing on large-scale onshore solar (PV) and wind projects from the development phase to the construction phase in new markets. You will have various interfaces with the other teams in the business, have numerous opportunities to define your role, and grow as a professional.

Your New Role

You will handle and coordinate EPC activities focusing on large-scale onshore solar (PV) and wind projects from the development phase to the construction phase in new markets. Areas of Responsibilities
- Contractor screenings in new markets, liaising with local grid companies and external engineers while ensuring alignment with global EPC teams in Søborg, Copenhagen
- EPC development of onshore solar (PV) and wind projects, doing DD from an EPC point of view on developments and maturing projects up to investment decisions
- Responsible for QHSE, contractual management, and the general compliance of the projects
- Collaborate with many internal and external stakeholders and coordinate and handle the different market development activities within engineering, procurement, and construction
- Negotiate with local suppliers and service providers and communicate with stakeholders such as subcontractors, banks, etc.
- Optimize and streamline our project management processes
Prerequisites to Succeed in the Job
- You have completed a bachelor´s or master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or similar
- You have at least 4 years of experience and a proven history in project management from a similar role in the renewable energy industry
- You have experience with developing projects from an early stage, including finding collaboration partners
- You have a technical and commercial understanding
- You are skilled in MS Office
- You are fully proficient in English, both verbally and in writing
