The Position As Patient Voice Engagement Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining our patient organisation framework. This includes the patient organisation strategy with a goal of Novo Nordisk being seen as a long-term committed partner to the relevant patient organisation in the development of treatment offerings. This may include identifying relevant patient groups for gathering patient feedback, developing and implementing patient engagement initiatives, and working with other departments to ensure that patient-centered practices are incorporated into all aspects of our work within relevant regulation. In this role, your main responsibilities will be to: Create a startegy and optional framework around our collaboration with patient organisations, resulting in sustainable partnerships Set up collaborations with patient association groups to ensure optimal co-creation with internal stakeholders for patient preferences to be included in the decision-making process of drug development or execution of clinical trials Support mapping of patient journeys in new therapeutic areas, and Enable implementation of legal and compliance needs in patient voice activities Execute identified activities (in-house or vendor-based) as per the patient voice strategies (e.g., focus groups, anthropological research, foundational research, risk/benefit etc.) Qualifications We are looking for a person who is motivated to make a difference for people living with chronic illness. Someone who is structured, organised, a great networker, and has a curious mindset. A person who thrives with new initiatives and enjoys listening and balancing a variety of opinions. To be successful in this role, we expect you to have: MSc. or bachelor’s degree in life science or other relevant fields Experience in patient-focused drug development, with a good understanding of the healthcare industry, patient experience, and data protection regulations Experience in working with patient orgnisations Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and other stakeholders Project management skills to plan and execute patient engagement initiatives Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative patient engagement solutions Experience in patient education, communication, and patient support service As a person, you are motivated to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements and priorities. You enjoy driving new initiatives in a complex and dynamic environment. You have a high degree of independence to set direction and deliver results in close collaboration with other experts. You enjoy identifying better practices across the industry and improving these. You are a team player who takes responsibility and ensures an excellent cross-functional collaboration internally and externally. About the Department You will be part of patient strategy and alliance in global medical affairs and will work in Søborg, Denmark. We are a small team with the ambition to grow.
