The Position As an Associate Director in the Patient Voice and Alliance team, you will Lead and develop a team of professionals, ensuring optimal employee development and resource utilization, and develop patient voice strategies and tactics in key therapy areas, in collaboration with the Patient Voice team. Responsibilities will include: · Set project priorities, objectives, and timelines, and ensure alignment and learnings across projects and deliver on an agreed goal plan · Build and develop networks with internal stakeholders and external patient organizations. · Drive cross-functional collaboration and encourage affiliates to be ambitious in sustaining project commitment · Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements Qualifications As a person, you are motivated to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements and priorities. You enjoy driving new initiatives in a complex and dynamic environment with excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a proven ability to deliver results and make decisions within agreed strategies and project mandates. We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites: · A master’s degree or similar with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience, including at least 3 years of leadership experience · Experience in leading and managing complex global projects · Strong team management skills, with a minimum of 3 years of experience · Experience in patient engagement, clinical trials, communication, KOL management, and stakeholder management About the Department You will be part of patient strategy and alliance in global medical affairs and will work in Søborg, Denmark.
