As the Director of Project Management team, namely the Project Maturation and Delivery team, in Executive Office, you will identify and execute strategic and critical projects in close collaboration with the leadership team of Regulatory, Quality & Clinical Reporting (RQ&C) unit, in Developed . Your main responsibilities will include:
• Define the strategic direction and vision for the Project Management unit to drive maximum business impact through transformative projects
• Develop the team through personal and professional growth, focusing on building project management competencies across the team
• Ensure successful delivery of key transformational projects across the RQ&C area
• Identify and drive critical projects addressing business challenges within and across RQ&C in close collaboration with leaders in the area Qualifications
To be a competitive candidate, you should have:
• A passion for people development and a strong drive to lead an ambitious team with diverse roles and broad international representation (minimum 3 years as a people leader)
• At least, 5 years of experience in project management or consultancy, with a proven track record of executing complex projects
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders to address challenges, identify solutions, and partner with the business to ensure effective solution implementation
• Experience in providing clear direction for a team and projects, as well as in prioritising tasks
• Experience from management consulting (would be an advantage) To excel in this role, you will actively leverage your project management expertise and strong leadership skills to enable the team to address critical business challenges and explore opportunities through structured, tailored, and seamless project execution. About the department
The team is anchored in the Executive Office that drives cross organisational projects and initiatives and acts as trusted partners to the RQ&C leadership team. The team consists of 10 talented and ambitious project managers working across RQC and the wider Development organisation. Together, you will identify and deliver transformational projects, both business and digital, aimed at achieving genuine business impact.
