At Emerging Technologies, LEAN represents more than just a set of tools; it embodies a culture and mindset that are continually evolving within our organization. As one of our new Lean Partners, you will be part of a group of LEAN partners supporting the area. Your primary responsibility will involve leading lean initiatives and enhancing the organization's lean maturity. Your main tasks will include:
• Coaching of leaders in performance board meetings.
• Facilitating problem-solving activities.
• Driving improvement projects.
• Implementing and enhancing lean systems or tools to address business challenges.
• Facilitating process mapping activities (e.g. Value stream mapping). Additionally, you will be part of a lean network across the business unit and will participate in cross-organizational lean projects. Your lean colleagues will include both local LEAN partners, as well as a centralized LEAN team comprising Lean partners and Specialists supporting operations across the business unit. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• A strong LEAN toolbox and proven track record of delivering results within a manufacturing environment – preferably in a highly regulated environment.
• You have experience in implementing optimisation projects and naturally involve and motivate your customers to achieve business targets, along with experience with project management.
• Excellent change management and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
• Hands-on experience in improving visual management and driving data driven decision making.
• A relevant academic degree and fluency in English with ability to communicate orally in Danish. As an individual, you are positive, corporative and solution orientated, and you work systematically, logically, and proactive. You can interact and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, and you take pride in solving your tasks and challenges with close involvement of key stakeholders. On a personal level, you are a team player, but you are also comfortable working independently when coaching and challenging leaders or when collecting data in the production. About the department
ET is organisationally placed in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally address 26,000 of [xxxxx]’s 55,000 employees. In ET we are more than 1600 dedicated employees in Maaloev and Durham and the area is still growing. For the future we have many ambitions, and we are working hard to get our new oral medication for people with type 2 diabetes on the market.
