For the Nordic Telemecanique Sensors team, we are looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to manage finance operations in a newly established Telemecanique Sensor entity in Denmark covering Nordics and Baltics. As head of local finance you will manage accounting, finance, and audit tasks to achieve compliance with laws and internal instructions. You will also work alongside the regional CFO and the Country Manager to support and secure the financial operations.

Key responsibilities:
Working closely with and supported by the regional CFO and the Northern Europe Cluster Manager you are responsible for securing the financial operations and the following detailed tasks:
- Financial analysis and budgeting, prepare financial statements and reports on current financial position. This also includes reviewing and consolidating balance sheet elements
- Tax compliance, maintain conformity to all local and corporate laws and policies and ensure tax filing
- Ensure controls are embedded locally for internal/external audit
- Manage operations with accountant pool or external accounting firm to perform and monitor the general/sub ledger accounting in connection with the Shared Service Center team
- Handle local credit collection, analyze risk, and manage exposure to customer credit, in collaboration with the Corporate Credit Manager
- Treasury, manage and analyze financial operations including cash flow
Requirements:
- You have held various accounting positions within accounting and audit and at least five years in senior accounting
- You have an educational background within accounting
- You are self-driven and agile thanks to your previous experience
- Strong technical accounting expertise and used to work in SAP
- Strong communicator and used to support many, both internal and external stakeholders, while taking great ownership of your tasks and personal development
- Experience from the Nordics and Baltics are preferred
- Believe that the best results come with a PDCA (plan-do-check-act) approach working in a structured way
- Are fluent in both English and Danish
- You will work from Denmark, but your scope will be the Nordics and the Baltics and therefore some travelling activities must be expected
