We offer you a position in our Renewables division, which works with projects in green energy. You will be part of the Controlling team with 4 colleagues in Esbjerg, focusing on professional sparring and personal development, where there is room for both responsibility, ambition and smiles in everyday life.
Responsibilities and tasks
As a Controller, you will be assigned projects where you are responsible for driving the controlling process – from invoicing and bookkeeping to financial follow-up on projects and optimization of work processes. The projects are typically long-term, and you will be the go-to person for finance, so there will be a broad spectrum of tasks, many transactions and a large network where your primary collaborators will be project managers in Denmark, Germany and the UK.

To succeed in the role, you are motivated to take ownership of your tasks, where you always have control over structure, details and deadlines. You aim to deliver high quality in your task solutions, and you can handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing track. Equally important is your ability to create collaboration in your relationships; we are a service function, and therefore you have an open, proactive and solution-oriented approach to how you best contribute to projects and colleagues.
There can be various entry points to the position; perhaps you are currently in a role as an Accountant or Junior Controller? For us, the most important thing is that you are educated in economics, are an experienced Excel user, and have experience from a finance function – preferably within project controlling. And since we are a large organization constantly growing, there will also be opportunities to develop in the direction that makes sense for you and the company if you are interested.
We are also an international company where English is part of the communication. This does not necessarily mean that you must master it at a high level; the most important thing is that you can make yourself understood in writing and speech, and that you do not hesitate in communication.

- Controlling project transactions and discrepancies, including ensuring correct transactions
- Preparing regular financial reports for project managers and clients Invoicing both internally and externally, including follow-up on overdue invoices
- Supporting project managers in the financial aspects of the projects
- Ensuring correct budgeting, planning and coordination of processes in close collaboration with project managers and proposing improvements
- General project follow-up
- Developing and streamlining work processes in the controlling team
