As a Junior Financial Controller, you will play an important role in assisting in essential financial tasks ensuring a well-functioning finance department.
Your responsibilities include reviewing and accounting as well as doing analyses and contributing to the improvement of financial processes.
Specifically, your tasks include:
You will be joining our Finance department in Odense, referring to the Group Finance Manager.
We are looking for a candidate who wants to start a career within financial controlling.
You hold a Master’s degree within finance or economics, for instance a cand.merc, cand.oecon or similar. Otherwise, you might be in the final year of your studies and want to start as a student assistant until the end of your studies, after which you will start full-time.
You possess knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.

We are currently looking for a Junior Financial Controller to join our team in Finance, located at our headquarters in Odense, Denmark.
Start your career within financial controlling in a global company
As a Junior Financial Controller, you will play an important role in assisting in essential financial tasks ensuring a well-functioning finance department.
Your responsibilities include reviewing and accounting as well as doing analyses and contributing to the improvement of financial processes.
Specifically, your tasks include:
- Being responsible for the development and monthly review of controlling templates.
- Accounting of holding companies.
- Benchmark analysis for transfer pricing.
- IFRS 16 - financial management of contracts.
- Documentation for external auditors.
- Sparring and assistance with setting up ESG reporting in the annual report.
- Ad hoc analyses.
You will be joining our Finance department in Odense, referring to the Group Finance Manager.
Passionate about economics and wants to develop within financial controlling
We are looking for a candidate who wants to start a career within financial controlling.
You hold a Master’s degree within finance or economics, for instance a cand.merc, cand.oecon or similar. Otherwise, you might be in the final year of your studies and want to start as a student assistant until the end of your studies, after which you will start full-time.
You possess knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
Moreover, we expect that you are:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Able to work with large amounts of data and perform accurate calculations.
- Structured and detail oriented.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
