Restaurant manager for restaurant Pippali Indian Grill
We are looking for restaurant managers for our branches in Herlev and Nyhavn.
On a typical shift, you take care of and develop the restaurant's daily operations. You follow up on orders: That the takeaway is ready at the ordered time and that the guests in the restaurant get their food as soon as possible.
Every day you take care of the administrative tasks, including: shift planning, inventory, ordering goods, calculating offers for enquiries, personnel questions, possibly complaints from guests.
It is on the floor that you will spend most of the time. Here you ensure that the restaurant employees provide service at a high level, and always with a smile.
When you start, you will receive thorough training and we will ensure that you continuously receive management training, so that you become even better at running and developing the restaurant.
The requirements for the job are that you speak either hindi, punjabi or urdu, since almost all of the staff speaks If you also have experience with Indian food or culture, that is an added plus.
Your working hours are between 12-22 and are distributed via the shift schedule. Our staff is mostly Indian, and in the kitchen there are several different nationalities, so it is a requirement that you speak English.
The salary would be 32.000 DKK pr. month, based on your qualifications this can be negotiated.
