We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for our restaurant and bar located at our hotel Axel Guldsmeden.
Guldsmeden Hotels is a family-owned company with 5 hotels in Copenhagen. Our trademark is sustainability and ecology, which, in addition to providing the best service for our guests, we do not compromise on. This of course also applies in the restaurant.
The Restaurant Manager ensures that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. The role ensures that customers have pleasant food and drink experiences that lives up to our standards. The position, which includes effective management of employees, is ultimately aimed at ensuring the restaurant's success and turnover.
The Restaurant Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager.

- Recruitment, training, and supervision of employees
- Determine budgets.
- Planning bar menus
- Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
- Monitor inventory and order supplies
- Preparation of schedules according to the collective agreement
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Problem-solve
- Preparation and presentation of staffing/sales reports
- Financial overview / increase turnover
- Contact with suppliers
- Respond to B/C and B/B event inquiries and execute
