We are looking for Floor Managers for several of our restaurants in Copenhagen – including Hanzō, Madklubben Vesterbro and others.
Who are we?
If you haven't already visited us, we are known as the place that serves excellent food and great wines at unusually reasonable prices. We stay in delicious surroundings - and our guests play an active role. Annually, we set the framework for approx. 1.2 million guests and can make small towns feel like big cities of international format even on an ordinary Tuesday, because it is always packed with happy guests and employees.
Our manifesto is entitled "Honesty tastes best", and we strive to live up to this every single day. This means that you get a workplace where we have fun and treat each other with respect. The menus offer a wealth of classic dishes from all over the world served by competent young people who make a virtue of ensuring that every guest leaves Madklubben inspired to come again.
We currently have several vacancies as a Floor Manager. Our restaurant locations range from everything to the Copenhagen area, Aarhus, Odense, and Esbjerg.
About you
The team is international, so you must be able to speak and understand both Danish and English. In addition, we expect the following:

You will have management responsibility in the evenings to ensure that the restaurant is sharp, your employees are highly motivated, and the guests go home impressed. We have specialists in finance, HR, marketing, and sales who are all ready to help and support you in your new role. So does your restaurant manager, to whom you will refer daily. You will also be part of an already fantastic team at the restaurant who are looking forward to meeting their new colleague. In addition, we offer:

- You may have previously been a manager in the industry or wanted to take the next step in your career.
- You thrive in a young, fast-paced environment.
- You are passionate about developing and training your employees.
- You are competitive and thrive on being measured on your performance by KPIs.
- You are good at following procedures and standards but can also think outside the box.
- You make a virtue of providing good hospitality.
- You thrive on evening and weekend work.
- If you have an interest in wine, that is only a plus.
