If you have strong analytical skills and financial understanding and are motivated to support the business of one of the strongest brands and category leader in Denmark with relevant, business-oriented Business Partnering, then you may be HARIBO’s new Business Controller.
We are looking for a professional and analytical commercial business controller to add to our Nordic organization. It is a business-oriented role where you will be part of a team of controllers, each with their own area of responsibility but of course we support each other in our daily work.
Together we will develop and ensure high standards in compliance and support the sales organization in the Nordics.
You will be employed by HARIBO Lakrids A/S and working out of our office in Vallensbæk near Copenhagen. Your will report to our Nordic Head of Controlling.

You will be employed by HARIBO Lakrids A/S and working out of our office in Vallensbæk near Copenhagen. Your will report to our Nordic Head of Controlling.
Our mix that awaits you
Acting as a Business Partner for the commercial part of the business by:
- Monthly review of trade payments accruals and support KAM in evaluation in trade spends
- Drive the budgeting process by ensuring appropriate input
- Accountable for Month End Closing in accordance with applicable accounting principles and group guidelines
- Provide financial input to Business Review for top management meetings
- Monitoring risk and opportunities against the budget, proactively proposing solutions
- Calculate business cases and financial analysis
- Decision making support for business stakeholders and ad hoc analysis
- Performance Management to secure KPIs are achieved
- Providing financial input regarding customer pricing, annual agreements, new product developments etc.
- Project management
- Contribute to development and implementing of Nordic and group standards
Ingredients that you bring with you

- +5 years’ experience as a business controller, preferably in FMCG
- Strong analytical skills and use to work with multiple data sources
- Proven track record in financial business partnering
- Power user in Excel and keen interest in developing BI tools
- Fluent in English
- Experience with SAP desired
