About the role
We are looking for a Business Analyst/Finance Partner to join our team Financial Planning, Reporting & Analytics. As a team, we are working as trusted partners for the organization, delivering timely, accurate and insightful information to facilitate informed decision-making in an effective and efficient way. Our goal is to empower the business to focus on their core responsibilities and to drive resource allocation to promote optimal growth and performance conditions. Your role will be to provide support and collaborate with the line of business to deliver relevant and actionable insights. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the global project portfolio performance follow-up to ensure risks are flagged and that projects follow quality management standards.

As a Business Analyst, you’ll be doing:
- Analysis of data and creation of insights to support management decision making
- Ensure optimal use of the budget planning, BI and reporting systems.
- Be the go-to person regarding all financial matters for part of the business.
- Optimise financial processes and ensure transparency in performance metrics.
- Participation in rotational tasks within planning, reporting and performance analysis.
- Responsible for business controlling of projects, hereunder analyse and challenge monthly global project portfolio overview.
- Perform compliance review of projects to ensure adherence to quality standards and to mitigate risk

- M.Sc degree within economics or finance with excellent results
- 1-2 years of experience performing management reporting and planning budget processes.
- You speak and write English.
