About the role

We are looking for a Facility and Business Support Manager to head up our team of 20 dedicated employees, managing our office facilities, and providing administrative support to senior leaders across the organization. The key responsibilities include:

  • Workplace productivity: Optimizing the use of our office spaces to create a productive, engaging, and energizing work environment while ensuring good cost control and management of suppliers.
  • Brand image: Supporting our business by creating office spaces that align with the company's values, enhance employee motivation, and projects a positive image to customers and visitors.
  • Processes: Ensuring operational efficiency by optimizing administrative processes and management support and ensuring a strong onboarding process of new employees.
  • Events: Creating a collaborative, active and fun company culture by planning and arranging company parties, celebrations, and other events.
  • Health and safety compliance: Ensuring that the workplace complies with all health and safety regulations.

NNE operates in Denmark, US and India and employs more than 2,000 employees, with more than half of them located in our head office in Virum. In the role, you will be globally responsible for facility and business support, however, the majority of the tasks will focus on our Virum office and to some degree our office in Kalundborg.

You will be reporting to the CFO of NNE and be part of a diverse leadership team together with the heads of finance, legal and IT.

As Facility and Business Support Manager, you’ll be

  • Analyzing the future needs for our office spaces.
  • Negotiating a new office lease contracts.
  • Problem solving on how we can improve our canteen setup.
  • Visiting a conference on future ways of working.
  • Deciding the theme and location of the next company summer party
  • Assessing how we can improve our management support processes.
