Are you enthusiastic about driving sales excellence and CRM utilization in a global B2B company? Do you have experience with long sales cycles and complex stakeholder management? Do you want to join a growing international company that is a leader in diagnostic solutions?

If you answered yes to these questions, then you might be the Sales Excellence manager we are looking for!

In the last few years, we have implemented the OneDiagnostics solution in most of our sales companies around the world – a combined innovative CRM solution covering both finance, service, marketing and sales and is primarily based on Salesforce.

As a Sales Excellence manager, you will have an important role in improving our sales companies use OneDiagnostics, to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with our Vice President Sales, Nikolaj Takla, as well as our Senior Manager OneDiagnostics Excellence located in the US and have a significant role in driving the utilization and sales excellence among our sales companies. You will also be responsible for a few countries as Regional Sales Manager, where you will be able to leverage country knowledge across the group.

“You will be our subject matter expert in Sales Excellence, and you will ensure that our sales companies get to a new level in how they use OneDiagnostics.” says Nikolaj

You will develop new practices and tools that ensure efficiency and empower our sales companies to capitalize on their given market opportunities. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and establish a culture of commercial innovation and trust.

Expect approx. 50 days of travel yearly.

Experienced CRM evangelist

Your educational background is not important, and you may not know our business or type of products – but that’s okay. We are more interested in what you have worked with and have accomplished. We will provide you with the necessary training and support to ensure you progress in this role. What we are looking for is someone who has a proven sales background, a proven history of working with CRM solutions, and a willingness to learn and grow.

You are a committed person with a motivation for CRM and have concrete experience in successful adoption of Sales Excellence and improving commercial initiatives and improving revenue through digital optimizations, and you can bridge technology, business processes and people with a commercial mind.
Your attitude is positive, and you see solutions and opportunities when facing challenges. To deliver you must have a digital expertise and being capable of translating complex processes into sustainable solutions.
