Become a part of our Sales team in the Heat/cooling Division

With direct reference to our Head of Sales DK, you will work closely together with the Submetering Segment Manager and the Global Channel Partner Manager in building business plans with selected channel partners and customers in the industry. You will become part of a team of 7, responsible for the Danish utility and Submetering marked, executing the channel strategy focusing on expanding the market for submetering business as well as reducing complexity and cost to serve.

Key Account Manager with a focus on both external and internal stakeholders
In the position as Key Account Manager you will proactively drive customer and partner activities, develop relationships with focus on new business opportunities and you will play a crucial role in taking our Channel Partnering activities to the next level.

More specifically, you will be:

  • Managing partner accounts including budgets and follow-ups
  • Developing and executing on ambitious business plans
  • Optimizing administration and reducing transaction costs in collaboration with Internal Sales
  • Identifying and evaluating new potential partners
  • Participating in relevant fairs and exhibitions with the purpose of strengthening our submetering business

In the job you can expect around 30-40 travel days per year, of which the majority will be in Denmark.

Personality matters
As a person you are outgoing and able to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. You have a strong commercial mindset as well as negotiation skills, and you are comfortable with providing advice to senior managers. You are driven by creating results and possess the patience and will to create long term results. You are a strong communicator and able to work with sales, engineers, and technical leads.

Furthermore, you have a relevant educational background at a minimum on a Bachelor level combined with at least 3-5 years of demonstrated experience working with partner sales. More specifically, it is a requirement that you have a proven track record leading sales and account management processes in a B2B Company. You know what it takes to create, expand, and maintain technical partnerships. Lastly, you know how to translate the partner's goals into concrete measures and actions.

It is a requirement that you are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English.
