Århus

Our business is growing, and we are currently on a quest to find a talented UX architect to contribute to the implementation of an overall UX vision in our data management products. The ideal candidate has a solid methodological foundation, good communication skills, and the ability to take user experiences across our products to the next stage.

The profile:

  • You are a UX specialist with several years of experience in the field of UX architecture.

  • You can draw up and clearly communicate an outline for how the underlying technology and systems architecture will influence the design process and outcomes in a product.

  • You have a relevant educational background and solid knowledge of information architecture, user experience principles, UX research, and information design.

  • You have experience working with complex software systems, preferably experience in designing digital B2B solutions for enterprise platforms.

  • You combine UX research with other sources of product and domain knowledge to support informed decisions about customer problems, and you translate these insights into a design process via sitemaps, wireframes, and low fidelity prototypes in collaboration with the UX team and other stakeholders.



The work:

  • As a guardian of the overall user experience of our product, you’ll work within an already established framework. You have a pragmatic attitude as well as the ability to see opportunities for the product, going forward.

  • You’ll be the UX person with the most high-level view of the product design, so you’ll influence what gets prioritized and inspire a high-level outline for UX in the product organization.

  • You are a part of the UX team, and we work integrated in product teams in a matrix structure. You will also work closely with the system architects and partner with business teams across the product organization to understand the desired product outcomes, the customer needs, and the restraints of the underlying technology – and translate this into a product design structure.

  • You will drive quality on UX across product teams and hold ownership of themes that span the larger context such as accessibility, documentation guidelines and UX roadmap.

  • Our way of working is guided by Pragmatic Marketing, allowing us to be market driven, and SAFe, allowing us to build our products in an agile environment.

  • You should be comfortable with navigating and creating value within the patterns of these methodologies.

  • You are a strong team player and enjoy working collaboratively with people who take active ownership of their craft and share knowledge as an integral part of their practice.

  • You are curious and approach challenges with an open mind.

  • You’re assertive but you always know where the line is. You know how to deliver the right amount of support or challenge where needed.

  • You are a strong relationship builder, comfortable moving between the levels in the organization, and you are able to negotiate your position with knowledge and integrity.

The team is based in our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark. We work hybrid across our office locations in Europe and NA. Our customers are global enterprises, so you will be communicating with a wide range of cultures, languages, and industries. Therefore, confident English language skills is a must. Danish is a plus but not a requirement.
