Main tasks as a Junior Operations Efficiency Specialist:
About you and your strong profile
The right candidate could be newly educated or have a few years of experience, but it is important to have a relevant higher education at master or bachelor level in business, finance, economics, engineering or related fields.
If you have previous knowledge of operations efficiency, strategy and lean it will be a plus, but it is not a requirement, as on-the-job training will be provided.
We emphasize that you can work independently and take responsibility for initiated activities. You have a creative mindset and are open to challenges. You also have a genuine hunger for knowledge and a strong drive to continuously improve and grow within the role.
Our team
You will be part of an international team of three employees, but our team work across the whole organization. You will report to the OE Manager at NLMK DanSteel.

Main tasks as a Junior Operations Efficiency Specialist:
- Assist in identifying areas of improvement within our operations and developing strategies to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and track their effectiveness
- Analyze data using Excel, Power BI, and other tools to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry best practices in operations efficiency, strategy, and lean methodologies
- Work on reporting tasks, because who doesn't love a good spreadsheet party, right? (We know it's not the most thrilling task, but it's a crucial part of the job)
About you and your strong profile
