Key responsibilities
Maersk Technology Warehouse and Depot platform team, are looking for an experienced engineer specialized in Java and micro-service architectures.
• Contribute to implementing highly efficient applications, with focus on code quality and performance.
• Implement quality code with focus on reusability and good code coverage.
• Be a part of Agile teams and help deliver sprint goals.
• Collaborating with scrum masters and project managers to identify and mitigate risks, issues, as well as to find innovative ways to improve the application development.
• Embrace emerging technologies and solutions to ensure our online experience continually evolves to deliver functionality that our customers need.

Technical skills are a key part of this role, so we would like to hear from you if you can demonstrate expertise in the following
• 4-8 years of experience in Java development.
• Sound knowledge in Java and SpringBoot
• Delivery of small complete changes at high cadence.
• Experience using Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD) systems for development and deployment.
• Proven knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Knowledge on Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
