As part of the vision to become the global integrator of container logistics, Maersk has redesigned its HR service delivery, operating model and technology in order for HR to become a truly global function and deliver outstanding employee experience.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can navigate a vast stakeholder landscape and drive projects, HR initiatives and lead the HR work group of individual M&A integrations to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and run the HR workstream end-to-end for an M&A project and organize the collaborations
- Be responsible and build the project plan through to execution and hyper care, driving and coordinating activities
- Provide progress updates against the agreed plan
- Proactively supervise risks and drive mitigations
- Drive new cross functional initiatives
Who we are looking for
- You are a dedicated Project Manager with a proven outcome-focused mentality.
- You are structured, proactive and collaborative, and have an ability to lift beyond functional needs to the bigger picture and results.
- You are a confident and effective communicator at all levels of a global organization with excellent stakeholder management skills that allow you to move projects on efficiently across various parts of the business.
- You have experience of working with large, diverse and distributed teams across multiple time-zones.
- Written and spoken English fluency is a prerequisite for this position.
- Preferably, you have experience supporting and/or delivering HR M&A projects, including integration planning and execution, and/or post-merger integration.
- Preferably, you have demonstrated knowledge of HR functions & processes
