We are looking for a scrum master for our team of Analog IC engineers.

Facilitates agile team processes and good collaboration
In short, your responsibility as our new scrum master is to support collaboration and remove obstacles and clear the path for the team so they can focus on developing high-quality products in iterative cycles.
The team works on the hardware side of developing circuits that amplify and process audio signals to enhance and customize the listening experience for people with hearing impairments. This involves optimizing circuits for minimal power consumption, low noise, and efficient signal processing.
“Typically, you will start your week getting an overview on last weeks’ progressions in the team. In your conversations with the Product Owner, you will look at what’s been delivered, and what is to be prioritized in the week to come” says Martin and continues “You will then, with the team, facilitate a planning and refinement meeting to plan the week and making sure everyone knows what to do, and that there are always stories ready for implementation.”
During the week, you will facilitate other scrum ceremonies, such as regular stand-up’s, demos etc. You will also work with the other scrum masters in Chipset to continuously optimize the way we work Agile with IC development.
Welcome to Team Analog IC Design
You will be a part of a department with 15 skillful engineers, who will make sure to give you the best start and welcoming you into a positive and encouraging work environment. We are a part of the Chipset division with more than 60 colleagues, and we share office space, and knowledge, in Smørum just outside Copenhagen. In ChipSet we have 5 Scrum Teams, where you will be Scrum Master for one of the teams focusing on Analog design.
In the scrum teams, the team members share the responsibility of delivering high quality and high-performance features to our chipsets.
Are you the person that we are looking for?
We are looking for team-oriented person who has good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to be daily coach for the Scrum team but who is also be able to work cross-functional. As a person you can work in a self-driven environment based on freedom under responsibility.
You have experience as a scrum master or similar, and you have a good understanding of electronics. You could have gained your knowledge through education, or maybe you have your knowledge and experience from working with electronics. What’s important to us, is that you know your electronics basics and can follow team discussions on subjects such as filtering away voltage ripple or how the timing in an interface towards digital is specified.
