Are you a highly skilled analytics professional looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and elevate analytics in Novo Nordisk's Supply Chain? As a Lead Analytics Translator in our Supply Chain Data & Analytics department, you will play a crucial part in identifying, managing, and delivering advanced analytics use cases. The position As a Lead Analytics Translator in Supply Chain, you will be responsible for driving advanced analytics initiatives and elevating analytics in Novo Nordisk's Supply Chain. You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams consisting of data scientists, data engineers, and local process experts to identify, manage, and deliver advanced analytics use cases while driving the agile way of working. In this role, you will use your deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain to challenge the organization & deliver solutions that provide business insights and value to the holistic supply chain. You will also be responsible for strengthening the supply chain awareness and help take our supply chain to the next level. As part of that you need to be on the forefront on how technology in supply chain is developing. Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should have: A degree at minimum master’s level in e.g. Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar with excellent results and a natural flair for data. Min. 7+ years of relevant supply chain experience. Proven passion for generating insights from data to enable insight-driven decisions. Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable way. Deep understanding of supply chain processes, data models, and end-to-end trade-offs. Experience with advanced analytics like Optimization, Simulations, Machine Learning or similar. Bring a curious and challenging mindset as we enjoy exercising our continuous improvements genes. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills on all levels in the organization. As we are a global company and an international team, fluency in both spoken and written English is required. About the department In the Supply Chain Data & Analytics department, we are at the forefront of bringing analytics solutions to the production and supply chain areas. We use the growing data landscape within Novo Nordisk to carry out complex analyses and build data-driven tools that deliver business insights and value to different departments within the organization.
