As a Transformation Office Manager, you will become a key member of a small team that will set the future direction on how NN should work to serve the growing and differentiated needs of our patients.You will play a crucial role overseeing and managing the activities of the Transformation Office, ensuring that strategic objectives are met within agreed timelines. This involves coordinating different teams, managing resources, tracking how things are connected, and making sure everyone stays informed.Your responsibilities will also include:Lead the execution and oversight of transformation initiatives Allocate and optimize resources for transformation priorities Coordinate workstream interdependencies effectively Engage key stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring smooth progress You will be working in a transformation-oriented team requiring close coordination across multiple workstreams that will impact multiple functions.Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive leader and team player who effortlessly fosters strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders within the organization.To succeed in this role, you have:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree within Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of experience, including project management in operations, supply chain, or finance, within a multinational regulated industry or consulting firms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proven risk management and mitigation experience Proficiency in project management tools and software English proficiency – spoken and written Having some experience in leadership and large-scale transformation would be advantageous.As a person, you are resilient and adaptable, with a can-do attitude that allows you to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty. You have an ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. In addition, you find it easy to evaluate issues and develop solutions that are both creative and effective for our supply chain organization.About the department
You will be part of a global supply chain organisation, covering everything from production planning to strategic supply chain. With approx. 1.000 employees, we are a large and diverse team dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our patients. As part of our global supply chain community, you will have the opportunity to work with talented professionals from around the globe, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive our organisation forward.The Supply Chain Transformation Office (TMO) is a newly established function under the global NN Supply Chain. The TMO has been put in place to drive several strategic workstreams across the full end 2 end supply chain of NN. The department will be growing in 2024 to become a strong function of +20 experts/leaders to drive the changes across NN and to ensure strong and impactful implementation in the line of business functions.Working at Novo Nordisk
