As Senior Manager for site Hillerød Finance and Supply Chain, you will be managing the area of around 30 FTEs through 3 leaders to continuously improve the maturity level and the support to our factory of the future. Some of your key focus areas include being responsible for: Capacity planning (short term, midterm and long-term) Annual budgets within volumes and cost Taking role in developing the supply network ensuring that Site Hillerød adheres to Novo Nordisk’s manufacturing and supply chain principles to secure supply Procurement for manufacturing and the site’s purchasing activities according to company guidelines Financial management of operational cost, securing the financial compliance and production accounting processes Analyses on behalf of the Corporate Vice President (CVP) and management team within site Hillerød and across the value chain leading to critical business decisions within our supply chain You will carefully balance the interests of all our stakeholders, ensuring that the right decisions are taken, which in the end support Novo Nordisk. In the role, you are expected to set directions, coach and develop the employees. You will also be responsible for maintaining our excellent working climate and job satisfaction and you will be an ambassador for our strong quality mind-set. You are comfortable making decisions and being challenged by senior stakeholders in matters of financial and supply chain prioritizations. Your high level of personal integrity and robustness enables you to integrate different views in the decision-making process and handle complex sets of concerns and priorities in a fast-paced environment. As part of the Business Support management team, you will be accountable for creating and executing on an ambitious agenda. Qualifications Your experiences include: An academic degree in Finance, supply chain management or Engineering, combined with 3+ years working experience within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry or other highly regulated industries. We expect you to have a strong, proven record of 5+ years within management. Solid business knowledge from supply chain, finance, business support, project management, or other relevant areas. Excellent stakeholder and change management skills, especially when it comes to collaborating with senior management and specialists across our organisation. Proven analytical skillset combined with a proactive mindset that enables you to put analysis into timely actions. Full professional proficiency in English. You possess a personal drive and can-do attitude, proactively striving for higher levels of performance, while using challenges and feedback by peers and employees to better your own performance and bring us all closer to the common goals. Your great communication skills allow you to clearly set ambitious goals, ensure motivation and maintain trustful relations, and bridge both geographical, cultural and professional distances with ease.
